Challenge

Unicorn Group is a high-end Australian marketing and events company. Fizz Farm has been supporting Unicorn Group since our establishment in 2014, and we have a solid ongoing partnership. For this project we worked closely with Unicorn to stage a visually spectacular awards ceremony. As a celebration of the Bank of Queensland’s Top 100 employees, it was a major reward and recognition event.

The gala event needed bold screen content that would illuminate the room and blow the audience away. It was the sort of challenge the Fizz Farm team loves to tackle: Multiple screens to work with; content that had to appear and be timed precisely; and the need for bang-on pixel accuracy. Let’s do this.

Solution

We designed and animated a suite of video imagery to appear across multiple screens throughout the awards ceremony. Footage of nominees and presenters was seamlessly inserted into the frames.

Shooting required interstate travel to capture video testimonials from 100 participants. Another 100 nominees were photographed. 24 segments were created, packaged beautifully with bespoke graphics and contemporary design.

Result

The huge event was a successful example of the value of high-end visuals being used to complement and elevate a live event. Done right, screen content is an impressive way to present to a live audience, enhancing the atmosphere in the room.

Fizz Farm delivered stunning imagery that was pixel-accurate in its display, exceeding the client’s expectations and proving yet again the power of the moving image.
