Challenge

Victoria Carpets have more than 120 years’ experience producing quality wool carpets in Australia. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company needed to raise awareness of one important aspect of our new reality: limited importation options meant a renewed focus on Australian-made products.

Fizz Farm was approached to bring this idea to life via a powerful video communication that would highlight Victoria Carpet’s position as a quality Australian manufacturer.

Solution

The shoot took place in the picturesque Victorian regional town of Bendigo, inside Victoria Carpet’s incredible manufacturing facility. Talent was sourced from real members of the Victoria Carpet team, and we captured their hard work on video to produce an authentic visual piece that goes behind the scenes of an Aussie factory in full swing.

Dramatic lighting, emotive music, and a quintessentially Australian voice helped to create the perfect look and tone. We worked alongside the client to ensure their message was presented in an engaging way, with rousing imagery that gave a face and heartbeat to the people who make their products.

Result

The result was a visually stunning story that presents an important message in a cinematic way, grabbing an audience’s attention and getting straight to the heart of the viewer.

So stylish were the production values and the look of the piece, that we were immensely proud of our trusted peer Cesar Salmeron, who received an Australian Cinematographers Society Bronze Cinematography Award for his work.
